Essential oils for autism

You may be wondering why use essential oils for autism?

  • You are interested in having a natural home and using natural remedies with your child.
  • You’re dedicated to avoiding prescription medications for autism and adhd.
  • Your child has a lot of trouble sleeping and you want a natural solution.
  • You want to eliminate the harsh chemicals you use to clean your home and replace them with a natural essential oils cleaning spray.
  • Your child suffers from anxiety and you’d like a natural remedy to help him or her calm down.
  • Your child suffers from hyperactivity and you’d like a natural remedy to help him or her focus.
  • You’re looking for activities to do with your child that are pleasing to the senses.

What are essential oils?

An essential oil is obtained through distillation using leaves, flowers, roots and bark. Essential oils can have therapeutic benefits, both physical and psychological, thanks to their chemical composition. The benefits of essential oils are obtained by inhaling the oils or applying a diluted oil directly on the skin. Essential oils are often diffused using a diffuser.
