Here in France, a classic children’s recipe is yogurt cake. It’s low in calories, delicious and makes for a wonderful 4 o’clock “gouter” as we call our tea time here in France. Yogurt cake is typically one of the first things that French children learn to make.
I have made many different kinds of yogurt cake for the children at Le Chemin ABA in the past. The kids love all of the different flavors – but their particular favorite is apple yogurt cake! My husband often makes apple yogurt cake for the kids, and when he prepares it, the children always ask for more!
I’ve prepared a list of some of my favorite yogurt cake recipes for today’s post!
